Returns Policy

Whilst we are sure you will fall in love with your urban tigress items as soon as you receive them, we do have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

​Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packaging charges) if you change your mind (i.e. the goods provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days. Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we are unable to offer postage for returns, so this will be at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

​To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please also contact us directly at hello@urbantigress.co.uk to let us know you will be returning an item.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our clothing and accessories, but If any item you have purchased is found to be faulty, please contact us directly at hello@urbantigress.co.uk to resolve the problem.

​Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not and credit you original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any items purchased during a sale will not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind post-purchase. Please contact us in advance if you are in any doubt before making the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
